My GMTK tournament box trick for quick setup nights

I kept dreading game nights because setup took 45 minutes with all the tiny tokens. Last month I tried sorting everything into those mini tackle boxes from the dollar store, one per player, and labeling the lid with a sharpie. Now I just grab the boxes, hand them out, and we're rolling in under 10 minutes. Has anyone else found a storage hack that cuts down on your biggest setup headache?
