Hit 200 board games in my collection last weekend... didn't even realize I was close
I was just reorganizing my shelf and decided to count. 200 exactly. It snuck up on me because I don't even buy that much anymore, maybe 4 or 5 a year now. Most of them are from trades or thrift store finds. Makes me wonder if I actually play a tenth of these regularly or if I'm just a hoarder with a nice shelf. How many is too many before it's not a hobby anymore?

Did you accidentally glue your Kallax to the floor or does gravity just work differently for you? I think my back would give out before my collection hit 200.

Sold my down to 120 and suddenly played more than I ever did before.

Man, that's exactly how it went for me too... I cut down and suddenly the game opened up way more. You don't realize how much the clutter limits your options until it's gone. Less really is more once you get used to it.
