Nah too much luck just ruins the competition lmao. Makes skill feel pointless.

Stopped focusing on bad beats and started tracking my decisions over a hundred hands. That cut the feeling of luck way down, because you see your own good and bad plays clearly. Nelson.rowan is right that a little luck keeps it fun, but this method puts skill back in the driver's seat.
