That time I started a show at 10pm and didn't stop until the sun came up

I was trying to watch just one episode of Dark on Netflix before bed last Friday. I live in a small apartment in Chicago and my roommate was already asleep. Three hours later I was still on the couch with my laptop balanced on my knees trying to figure out the timeline. I had work the next morning at 8am but I kept telling myself one more episode. Around 4am I finally gave up and went to bed but I couldn't sleep because I was thinking about the plot twists. I showed up to work on two hours of sleep and my boss asked if I was okay. Has anyone else lost a whole night to a show that makes you think too hard?

Read somewhere that Dark has the most viewers finishing a season in one sitting of any Netflix show.

Man, that's not quite right. I looked into it and Dark's number one for a few things but that specific stat goes to Money Heist. Netflix actually released data a while back showing La Casa de Papel had the most people finishing season 4 in one sitting. Dark is still super impressive though, like 90% of people who started it finished season 1 within a week. Just the binge thing isn't their top record. Still a killer show, don't get me wrong.
