Stopped the episode avalanches. Now I savor each one.

I used to crush seasons in one go. Couldn't recall a thing. Switched to viewing one episode daily. Chose 'Breaking Bad' for this. Now I see the character arcs. Each night is appointment TV. I look forward to it. My show memory is solid now.

But doesn't that kill the whole experience? Watching Breaking Bad one episode at a time would have ruined the tension for me. When I binged it, the rising panic from one crazy moment just rolled right into the next. That feeling when Walt is racing against the clock, you NEED to see what happens right away, not wait 24 hours. Spacing it out turns a wild ride into a boring scheduled chore.

Why not just ride the momentum of a great show? I feel like I miss the thrill when I space it out.

Binging makes the whole season blur together for me. It's like eating a whole cake at once instead of enjoying slices.
