Hot take: my roommate said The Bear is a comedy so I watched all 18 episodes of season 2 in one sitting to prove her wrong
She dropped that line while making coffee and I just stared at her. I pulled up a list of the 7 Emmy categories it got nominated in, and comedy was not one of them. So I sat on the couch for 11 hours straight and finished the whole season in one go, only getting up to grab water twice. By the end my eyes were burning and I had to admit the Christmas dinner episode is funny in a stressful way. My roommate watched me the whole time and just said 'told you' before going to bed. What show have you binged just to win an argument with someone?
