Got totally hooked on a show where the good guys aren't so good

I binged this new series about spies who bend the rules. It was so gripping I finished it in two days. Now I feel odd for liking characters who do shady stuff. Is it okay to enjoy a show when the heroes are morally gray? Would love some show ideas that are fun but don't make me question right and wrong.

Yeah that "question right and wrong" feeling is the worst, I get way too into it. I'll yell at my TV about a fictional guy's bad choices while ignoring my own laundry pile. For a total reset try something like Parks and Rec, where the biggest crime is being too earnest. It's like a brain bath.

Binging shows with gray characters makes me question my own morals over breakfast cereal. @the_leo nailed it with the yelling at the TV while ignoring real problems thing. Maybe switch to something light where the only bad guy is a slow internet connection.

Totally get that "question right and wrong" feeling. I had to take a break after watching a show about a crooked lawyer. My brain needed something simple. I switched to The Great British Bake Off for a while. Watching people just try to make a good cake is so calming. It's all nice people being nice, and the worst thing that happens is a soggy bottom.
