Found a hidden gem show at a hotel bar last weekend

Was waiting for a friend at the Marriott bar in Cleveland and they had The Bear playing on a small TV with no sound. Ended up watching 3 episodes with subtitles before my friend showed up. Anyone else discover a show in a weird place like that?

Hotel bars are literally the worst places to discover anything good, let alone a show lol. The sound is always off and you can never actually focus because people keep walking in front of the screen ordering overpriced drinks. Subtitle marathons in a loud lobby with sticky tables sounds like my personal nightmare tbh.

Take a step back and think how many great things we miss because we're too focused on perfect conditions. @skyler43 has a point, sometimes the distraction actually helps you zero in on what matters. It's like how people think they need complete silence to read a book, but they end up scrolling their phone anyway.

idk, being forced to really pay attention without the distraction of sound made me appreciate the acting way more honestly.
