Binged 'From' in three days and now I'm paranoid about crows

I started watching 'From' last Thursday night and completely lost my weekend to it. By Sunday I'd burned through all three seasons at 10 episodes each. That show about a town where no one can leave and monsters come out at night got under my skin bad. I legit jumped at a pigeon on my balcony yesterday morning. My coworkers think I'm crazy now because I keep checking my windows at lunch. Has anyone else had a show mess with your head like that for days after?

Right? Those pigeons know exactly what they're doing (plotting world domination, probably). Saw one staring at my car's side mirror the other day like it was planning its next heist. Honestly, I'm just waiting for them to unionize and demand better breadcrumb benefits.
