Warning: that Park Tool spoke tension meter is more sensitive than you think
Had a guy come into the shop last Tuesday insisting his wheel was perfectly true even though the reading was off by 5 units. Turned out he was squeezing the tool different each time, and once I showed him the trick of setting it down gently, he admitted he'd been chasing bad readings for two weeks.

5 units off and he couldn't feel it in the ride? I've seen that exact same thing happen at least a dozen times, guy gets so wrapped up in numbers he forgets the wheel has to actually work on the road. The Park Tool meter is honestly too precise for its own good sometimes, it'll drive a perfectionist crazy chasing that last 1 unit when the wheel rolls fine and doesn't rub the brakes. I tell people all the time to just set it down once, read it, and walk away... if you start retesting over and over you'll lose your mind.

Chased a half-millimeter once for two hours before realizing I'd been measuring a scratch on the rim.
