Tired of seeing people overtighten their derailleur hanger bolts until they snap...

I saw three bikes come through the shop last week with busted aluminum hangers because folks keep torquing them past 5 Nm like they're tightening a car lug nut, so how do you guys convince customers to stop cranking down on those little bolts?

Told em I break bolts for a living and buy new ones. That usually works.
