The Friday I had 4 bikes show up with the exact same broken derailleur hanger
Last Friday was wild. I had 4 customers roll in one after the other, all with bent derailleur hangers. First one was a cheap old mountain bike, then a road bike, then two hybrids back to back. I spent 3 hours straight just eyeballing alignment and swapping hangers. Has anyone else ever had a day where one specific problem just cascades through the shop like that?

Heard a story once where a shop got six bikes in one day all with broken spokes on the same wheel. Weird how that kind of thing happens sometimes.

Six bikes with spokes on the same wheel? That's wild." Yeah, I've had that kind of day. For me, what worked was just having a big batch of the most common hangers pre-bent and ready to swap. Saved me a ton of time, and @amy_murphy85 probably knows the drill with those spokes.
