Switched from wet sanding drywall joint compound to using a damp sponge 3 months ago

Used to spend an hour cleaning dust off everything after sanding, now I just wipe the joints smooth with a sponge and it takes half the time. Anyone else switched over and not gone back?

@piper_burns already got me hooked on this method and my joints are way cleaner than my sanding ever was.

Dont you get lines or waves from the sponge?
