Swapped to a digital torque wrench after 3 stripped chainring bolts
Used to rely on feel and a cheap beam wrench, got lazy and stripped two bolts on a customer's crank last Tuesday. Now I set the digital one every time, no exceptions. Anyone else make the switch after a similar oops?

Beam wrenches are fine if you actually zero them out first, that's on you.
