A customer's comment about his old Schwinn made me see my work differently
He came in for a flat fix on his 1983 World Sport and said, 'You know, I just like that it's simple. I can see how it all works.' I've been so focused on the newest tech and complex repairs that I forgot the simple joy of a bike that's just easy to understand and fix. Do you ever find yourself missing that kind of straightforward mechanical work?
