Spent $60 on a new router from Best Buy last week and it failed within 4 hours

I bought a TP-Link router at the Best Buy on Congress Ave on Saturday. Set it up Sunday morning and by noon it was dropping connection every 10 minutes. I wanted to tell the customer service guy that their store brand is garbage but I just said 'I need to return this' and walked out. Has anyone else had a brand new piece of tech crap out that fast?

oh man, that reminds me of my friend tina. she was so mad at her internet provider, kept calling them like every day for a week. turns out her dog had chewed through the cable behind the couch, but she didn't notice cause it was tucked away. she only found it when she moved the couch to vacuum and found a chewed up wire and a slobbery toy bone next to it.
