Just realized I've been holding my breath every time I check my bank account
It happened last Tuesday while I was paying for a new alternator at that AutoZone off Route 9. The cashier said $214 and I literally stopped breathing for a second. Then I paid and walked out and thought about it, and I do this every single time I look at my balance. Like, before I even open the app, I take this deep breath and hold it. Got through the whole checkout without saying anything about it, but man, it seems so weird that a three digit number can do that to your body. Anyone else catch themselves doing something similar when a bill comes in?
