And @olivia_harris19 you’re right about mixing up layouts, I once told a client the kitchen had quartz counters when it was actually butcher block because I had seen so many kitchens that week they all blurred together. My GPS started recommending random Starbucks locations as if it knew I needed caffeine just to function by Thursday. Honestly hitting 30 showings in a week is like running a marathon while someone keeps moving the finish line. Your car smelled like coffee and fast food? Mine smelled like pure regret and gas station hot dogs.

Oh man, I feel this so hard! Last spring I did 35 showings in just six days and I was literally falling asleep standing up by the end. My car smelled like coffee and fast food for weeks because I was living on drive-thru between appointments. It got to the point where I started mixing up which houses had which layouts, I almost told one buyer the wrong number of bedrooms.

Had this happen to me once but with my work crew, not houses. I was trying to track inventory across three different warehouses and started mixing up which pallet went where. Ended up telling one shift they had 50 boxes of widgets when it was actually 150, pure chaos for like two days before we sorted it out. My truck still has a faint smell of burnt coffee from that week.
