Watched an old Myron Mixon episode from 2010 and forgot how different things were
I was flipping through YouTube the other night and saw a Myron Mixon clip from like 2010 where he was cooking on a big offset smoker, just stacking logs by hand. Now it feels like every competition team up here in Kansas City has a pellet smoker or some gravity feed rig. Idk, maybe it's just me but the old school fire management felt more like real cooking even if it was more work. Has anyone else noticed how much gear has changed in just 15 years?
