Stopped by Snow's BBQ in Lexington on a Saturday morning
Got there at 7:30 and the line was already 40 people deep, worth every minute of standing around for that brisket, has anyone else made the drive out there on a weekday to see if it's any calmer?

Man that sounds like a whole lot of effort for some meat. I mean don't get me wrong, I like a good brisket as much as the next guy, but standing around for hours before the sun's even fully up? Idk, that's a bit much for me. I'm sure it's good but maybe it's just me, I don't get the hype around waiting that long for any food.

Standing around for hours before the sun's even fully up" - yeah that's the part I can't get past either man. I mean @ben_nguyen you pay a premium for that brisket AND you gotta work for it, seems like a double whammy.
