I dropped $80 on a fancy brisket injector that barely works
Bought this high-end injector from a known pitmaster brand about 2 months ago. Thing kept clogging on the second brisket I tried, and the plunger got stuck halfway through. I ended up losing about $40 worth of marinade that went everywhere on my patio. Has anyone found a reliable injector that doesn't break the bank?

Yeah I was skeptical about fancy injectors too until mine failed the same way.

Man those fancy ones are just overpriced junk, huh? Did you try running some oil through it first to loosen up the plunger before you even put marinade in?
