The mall restroom soap went from watery to glue in about 4 months

I swear the dispenser at the food court in Tulsa used to shoot clear liquid that ran off my hands in 2 seconds, now it pumps out this thick white gunk that takes 15 seconds of scrubbing to rinse off, anyone else notice places switching to that cheap gel that leaves a film?
