Spent $80 on a digital scale a decade ago and it's still my best baking win

I used to eyeball everything, but that scale saved me from so many dense bread fails. Anyone still using measuring cups for flour?

Measuring cups are basically a guessing game with flour. A scale gives you the same amount every time, which is the whole point of a recipe. It turns baking from luck into a simple process.
