Shoutout to the baker who told me my bread was overproofed. Took me 6 months to finally get it right.

That baker did you a favor. Most people just smile and nod when something's off, then you keep repeating the same mistake for years. The whole "gentle feedback" culture we have now just makes everyone worse at stuff. It's like when someone tells you your shirt looks fine when it actually has a hole in it. Honest criticism from somebody who knows their craft is actually a gift, even if it stings at first. Glad you stuck with it and proved them right in the end.
