My attempt at a fancy birthday cake for my niece turned into a leaning tower of frosting
Last Saturday, I tried to make a three-layer chocolate cake for my niece Chloe's party in Portland. I didn't let the layers cool enough before stacking, so the whole thing started to tilt and the ganache just slid right off. Has anyone else had a cake start to lean, and what's the best way to fix it without taking it all apart?

My friend's wedding cake looked like the leaning tower of Pisa, so she just stuck some plastic flowers on the low side to hide it.

Saw a cake once that slid right off the stand. They called it a "modern art piece".
