Spent $60 on a pro dough scraper and it either saved my bread or my bank account
Honestly, I dropped $60 on this big metal dough scraper from a fancy bakery supply store last month. On one hand, it made dividing sticky doughs way easier and I haven't burned my hands since. On the other hand, my old $5 plastic one did the same job for most of my baking. Has anyone else thrown cash at a tool that ended up feeling like a waste or a lifesaver?

Think about it, if you don't have to replace a cheap plastic one every few months because it cracks or gets all bent out of shape, that adds up.
