Vent: The guy next door kept parking his boat trailer half on my lawn.

I mean, it was driving me crazy every weekend. I finally put down some cheap garden stakes as a visual line, and then talked to him calmly about it. He said he didn't realize and moved it back. Idk, maybe just marking the space helped.

Actually read somewhere that proper staking helps more than people think (who knew, right?). Makes the whole thing way less of a headache.
