The quiet cul-de-sac in Tempe that turned into a weekend concert venue
For two years, my street was super peaceful. Then, six months ago, new neighbors moved in and started hosting massive backyard parties every single Saturday. The noise went from zero to a constant bass thump until 3 AM. It's like they think the whole block wants to hear their playlist. Has anyone else had a quiet neighborhood flip that fast because of one house?

My cousin in Phoenix had this exact problem... the city actually has a "party house" rule where three noise complaints in a year can get the owner fined. The weird part is the renters were fine, but the landlord living out of state refused to do anything. It took the whole street reporting it together to get it stopped. Sometimes the issue isn't just the people making noise, it's the property owner who doesn't care.

Every single Saturday until 3 AM? That's unbelievable. My old neighbors had a party once a month and we thought that was bad. A weekly concert would have driven me crazy. Did you ever try talking to them or calling the police about the noise?

Ugh, yes! Like @lilyr25 said, you gotta get everyone on the street to call it in every single time, otherwise nothing happens.
