The debate over noise ordinances in my neighborhood got heated last week
My neighbor on one side calls the cops every time someone mows after 8pm, but the other guy runs his leaf blower at 7am on Sundays. I ended up stuck in the middle when both showed up at my fence line arguing about it. Which side do you actually side with, the early birds or the night owls?
