PSA: my neighbor on Maple St ran a leaf blower at 6:45am Sunday for 3 straight hours
I counted 47 minutes of it pointed right at my bedroom window while my kid was still asleep, and he just waved when I came out. Does anyone have a city noise line that actually picks up on a Sunday, or do I have to go the petty route?
