Picking the quiet lot over the bigger yard, 3 years later

I chose the corner lot behind the old couple's house instead of the one next to the party rental place, even though it was 2,000 square feet smaller. Best decision I ever made, they've never once played music past 9pm and they even mow my strip of grass when they do theirs. Anyone else trade space for peace and regret or not regret it?

My neighbor's corner lot on Maple Street has been nothing but a headache for him. He gets people cutting across his grass at least once a week, plus the snow plow always pushes a wall of ice right into his driveway. I think you're right about the road curve thing too. My cousin had a place on a curve and you'd get headlights in the living room every single night, even with the blinds closed.
