My neighbor's tree branch took out my shed roof on Sunday and he says it's my problem
The storm Sunday night snapped a 12 foot branch off his oak and it crushed the corner of my shed, about $600 in damage. When I knocked on his door Monday he said the tree is healthy so it's an act of God and not his issue. Do I eat the cost or is he actually on the hook for this?
