I finally proved my neighbor wrong about his fence line
Guy next door kept saying his property went 3 feet past his old fence. Kept giving me grief about my new shed. I paid $200 for a surveyor to come out last Tuesday. Turns out his fence is actually 2 feet inside his own line. He owns less land than he thought. Felt pretty good showing him the official map.

Man that is such a satisfying feeling. I had a similar thing with my old neighbor over a tree line and getting that survey done shut him up real quick. Did you have to show him the map more than once?
