Used to flip pancakes with a spatula, now I just toss them in the pan
Switched to pan tossing last month after watching a diner cook do it. Saves me like 20 seconds per batch but I've already sent two pancakes onto the stovetop. Anyone else's lazy hack backfire in a way that's more work than the old way?
