Tried the ketchup on scrambled eggs thing my brother in law would not shut up about, and my wife told me it made the whole kitchen smell like a diner dumpster
So I switched to a splash of milk and a pinch of baking soda instead, and honestly the eggs come out fluffier and nobody gags at the stove anymore, but I want to know if anyone has a hack that actually fixes the rubbery egg problem without turning breakfast into a chemistry project.
