Got a fruitcake made of candle wax last Christmas and can't decide if it was a joke or a mistake
My aunt handed me this thing in a fancy tin and said it was a family recipe fruitcake. I got it home and realized it was literally candle wax shaped like a cake with fake plastic fruit on top. She spent 3 hours making it according to her Etsy video tutorial and thought I'd display it forever. Is this a thoughtful handmade gift or the weirdest waste of time ever? Some of you must have gotten things that made you question the giver's intentions too.
