I used to think guest posts were just for big sites, but a small blog in Boise gave me a solid link that's still sending traffic.
They actually cared about the topic, and it ranked for a local term I never would have targeted. Has anyone else gotten a surprise win from a smaller site you almost passed on?

Honestly, same thing happened to me with a tiny hobbyist forum. I almost didn't bother because the traffic numbers looked low. But the people there were super into the niche, and that one post brings in the most loyal visitors I have. It's not a ton, but they actually buy stuff. Tbh I check their site more than some bigger ones now.
