Hit 40 referring domains last month and it was one dumb little directory that pushed me over
I've been grinding guest posts and HARO replies for about 7 months for my wife's pottery supply shop and was stuck at 39 referring domains for like 5 weeks. Then I found this niche directory for craft supply stores, paid $29, and got listed in 3 days, which put me at 40. What surprised me is that it actually sends a few clicks a week too, not just the link. I know 40 isn't a big number for most people here but it felt like a wall came down. Has anyone else had a small paid directory actually work, or did I just get lucky with this one?
