That time a dog ruined my whole second date

I took this girl to a park downtown, thinking it'd be a nice walk. But this random golden retriever ran up and stole her sandwich right out of her hand, and she got so embarrassed she wanted to leave right after. Has anyone else had a pet totally wreck a date on you?

I had a cat knock a whole pizza off my lap on a first date once. She just sat there staring at the mess on the floor, totally unimpressed. At least your dog thief was cute.

Ngl I think I'd be more offended if the cat just stared at me after doing that. Like at least pretend you feel bad about it or something
