Wasted $200 on a faulty pin crimper that ruined a whole harness

I bought this off-brand crimper online last month thinking it would save me some cash. Turns out it wasn't seating pins right and I didn't notice until after I'd built out a full 37-pin harness for a comm radio install. Spent 4 hours tracing a intermittent fault that was just loose pins the whole time. Anyone else had a tool that looked fine but cost you big in rework?

Wait, you did an entire 37-pin harness before testing a single crimp? That's rough, man.

Man, @finleyw99 I can't believe you did all that work without checking one connection first.
