Am I the only one who didn't know wire color coding is a total fiction?
I was redoing a comm harness on a King Air last week and a 20 year bench guy told me the color codes aren't a standard, every shop just picks their own and you have to ring every pin. Back in school they drilled those colors into us like they were FAA law. How do you all keep track when you inherit somebody else's mess?
