Rant: Took 3 hours to find a busted ground strap on a 2014 F-150
Customer comes in with a weird intermittent no-start, codes all over the place. I chased sensors for hours before I noticed the battery ground strap corroded clean through where it bolts to the block. Replaced it with a $14 cable from NAPA in 20 minutes. How do you guys spot electrical gremlins faster, or do we all just eat the diagnostic time sometimes?
