Tried a $40 bridge nozzle on my HVLP, never going back to the old one
I picked up one of those 3M bridge nozzles for my Devilbiss gun last week after fighting fisheye on a Chevy Silverado bed. First coat laid down so smooth I thought I forgot to pull the trigger. Second coat went on even better, no orange peel at all. Only problem was I used about 10% more clear than usual, but I'll take that over sanding and buffing for hours. Anyone else swap to a different cap setup and see a big change in their finish quality?
