Rant: The day a 'simple' quarter panel job turned into a full frame pull
Last Tuesday in our Springfield shop, a 2021 F-150 came in with what the owner called a 'little parking lot tap'. After pulling the bumper, we found the rear frame horn was pushed in 3 inches. What should have been a 4-hour job turned into a 2-day frame machine marathon with the insurance adjuster fighting us on every extra hour. Has anyone else had a customer's story not match the damage at all?

Honestly, that sounds like a pretty normal Tuesday to me...

Yeah, a normal Tuesday is kind of a rough way to put it, @margaretm23. I mean, I get it though. Sometimes the whole week just feels like one long blur of the same stuff. Mine was just non-stop errands and putting out small fires at home.
