Just realized my cheap borescope was the problem all along

I spent 6 months blaming hidden corrosion for rust coming back on this Silverado cab corner in Phoenix. Then I borrowed a $450 Snap-on scope and saw the old repair had left a pin hole I kept missing with my $40 one. Anyone else find their cheap tools tricked them into extra work?
