Had a day last month where every single dent pulled clean on the first try

I was working on a beat up 2012 Civic in Phoenix and the stars aligned, no filler needed on any of the 6 panels I touched, has anyone else had one of those weirdly perfect days where the metal just behaves?

Yeah the "metal just behaves" thing is weird when it happens. Seems like every trade has those random days where everything goes smooth and the universe forgets to mess with you for a bit.

My buddy had one of those days last week with some welding. He was just laying beads on a gate repair, nothing special, and every single weld laid down perfect. No spatter, no undercut, just clean stacks like you see in the videos. He said it was almost scary how good it looked, like someone else was holding the torch. Then the next day he went back to the same job and it was all fighting and grinding. Idk, maybe it's just the metal deciding to cooperate for once.
