Cold nights shooting the Orion Nebula mess with my sleep cycle big time
Some say the lost sleep is fine for the mental boost stargazing gives. Others think wrecking your sleep schedule for photos isn't smart. Which side are you on?
Heard about this caffeine nap trick from a buddy who does long haul drives. Said he chugs cold brew then sets a 20 minute timer immediately. Wakes up before the caffeine really hits, so it feels like a double reset. Seems like the short sleep clears out the brain fog just as the stimulant kicks in. Pretty smart way to hack a groggy system.
