That time my main PC just died mid-project at Kinkos
Last Tuesday I was printing a batch of 50 flyers for my neighbor's garage sale and my hard drive made this grinding noise then went silent. Lost everything including the file I just saved. I had to run to Best Buy at 9 PM and grab a backup SSD for 80 bucks, then spent till 2 AM recovering what I could. Has anyone else had a drive fail at the worst possible moment with no warning?

Dude that is brutal. I had a very similar thing happen last year. I was at the public library printing out 30 pages of my resume because I had a job interview the next morning. My laptop just gave me the blue screen of death out of nowhere. I literally had to run to the nearest Staples and buy a flash drive for like 15 bucks, then use the library computer to redo everything from scratch. It took me until like 11 PM and I was so stressed I barely slept. There is nothing worse than that feeling of your computer just giving up when you need it most.

Honestly, those library computers are usually slower than your laptop would've been anyway.
