Talked to a librarian about how she organizes her research and it made me ditch my whole tagging system

She said she just uses broad folders and relies on search instead of spending hours on perfect tags, and after trying it for two weeks I've already cut my file-finding time by half, anyone else overcomplicate their digital filing?
