Question about why my $12 garlic press from Aldi outworks the $40 one I bought online
I grabbed the cheap one on a whim last Tuesday and it crushed three cloves without me even trying, while the expensive one always made me fight it, so has anyone else found that spending less on kitchen tools sometimes just works better?

Notice how cheap tools often have simpler parts that just get the job done, while fancier ones add features nobody asked for and end up breaking or fighting you, it's like the whole world forgot that basic stuff works best.
